Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Augusta University’s Facilities team organized its annual Arbor Day in Georgia event by planting trees on three Augusta University campuses Feb. 19.

The new Washington Square shopping center location, as well as pop-up community clinics in area churches, are funded by a $2 million joint donation by the Augusta National Golf Club and the Community Foundation for the CSRA.
