Campus services to modify schedules following semester

With the completion of the fall semester, several campus services will have reduced schedules during the winter break.

Parking
  • Employees that use the perimeter lots at the Health Science Campus are encouraged to park in the center of campus from Dec. 18 to Jan. 2 as shuttle service will be suspended. All gated lots on the campus will open beginning Dec. 18 and returning to normal operation on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
  • Managed Parking at the Cyber Center Deck will function via self-directed access. On-call parking staff will be available to address any service issue.
  • Parking Deck Construction: Lot 1 will close for use on Friday, Dec. 15. Spring 2024 reserved parking assignments for graduate and professional students living at Elm Hall are currently available.
Campus dining
  • Atrium Dining will close after dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 13, and reopen with lunch service on Friday, Jan. 5.
  • All campus dining retail locations will close Thursday, Dec. 14.
  • Einstein Bros Bagels, located in the J. Harold Harrison, MD Education Commons, will re-open Wednesday, Jan. 3.
  • JSAC Food Court, Allgood Hall and Health Science Building retail will reopen Monday, Jan. 8.
  • Subway on Harper Street will remain open and follow regularly scheduled hours during the break.
Shuttles
  • Blue and Express routes will go off-line Thursday, Dec. 14. Service will resume with the first day of undergraduate classes on Monday, Jan. 8.
  • Service to Lot 38 for housing students will be available for Oak Hall move-in on Saturday, Jan. 6, and Sunday, Jan. 7.
  • Gold Route will go off-line Monday, Dec. 18, and return to service on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Roar Store

Spring 2024 textbooks and merchandise will be available during the break. Orders will be available for pickup beginning Tuesday, Jan. 2.
