Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Members of the Augusta University men’s and women’s golf teams helped unveil a commissioned sculpture at Forest Hills Golf Club, the Jaguars’ home course, on March 6 to commemorate 45 years of golf history between the club and Augusta University.

The play, adapted and directed by Melanie Kitchens O’Meara, PhD, focuses on the charming tale of the unlikely friendship between a pig and a spider.

Writers Weekend, a conference for readers and writers, celebrates its 10th anniversary by inviting Elissa Bassist and Chris Belden to take part in the theme, “Laughter as Medicine.”
