Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Theatre AUG is presenting an original adaptation of “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland,” by Melanie Kitchens O’Meara, PhD, and Augusta University students Amber Jordan and Shiloh Reimche, through Nov. 12 at the Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre.

On Nov. 15, Jag Mobile will transition to a new app that will include new features to enhance user experience.

For the fifth time since 2017, the Augusta University men’s cross country team qualified for the NCAA national championship, while the women’s volleyball program will face Lander University for a chance to secure at least a share of the Peach Belt Conference regular-season title.

Lot 1 will close at the end of the fall semester to accommodate site preparations for the new parking deck.
