
Augusta University celebrates faculty commitment to teaching excellence
The Center for Instructional Innovation at Augusta University recognized 53 faculty members for their ongoing professional growth.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

Augusta University’s museum studies students took a class field trip to the Lucy Craft Laney Museum of Black History to hear about the rich historical events, people and architecture of the area.

For the rest of 2022, donors at Augusta University blood drives will receive a $20 Amazon gift card.

The Augusta University program serves 1,200 people each year from throughout the Central Savannah River Area, some coming from as far as Atlanta and Greenville, South Carolina.

Health care volunteers for the June 3 event provided services to almost 200 McCorkle Nurseries Inc. employees.
