
Triple Jag embraces second career as a nurse anesthetist
After 12 years as an occupational therapist, Erin Wiley was inspired to pursue a new passion. She spent the next six years on a journey to become a nurse anesthetist.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

From the outset, students understand the cadavers they learn from were once living people, with their own loved ones, personalities and hopes and wishes for the future.

Despite his quiet demeanor, Wingate evidenced a passion for social justice that caught the attention of John Hayes, associate professor of history. Hayes says Wingate is a student who not only excels academically, but is filled with potential to spark change in the community and on campus.
