
Augusta University announces 2026 Distinguished Alumni, Outstanding Young Alumni
Augusta University’s Distinguished Alumni and Outstanding Young Alumni award winners will be celebrated during Alumni Weekend.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

Of the more than 95 teams competing in the virtual STEAMIFY competition at Augusta University this year, there were two grand prize winners from North Harlem Elementary and Greenbrier Middle schools. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners!

Augusta University’s baseball team is hosting the Lander University Bearcats Wednesday, March 24 at SRP Park. The first pitch is at 2:05 p.m.
