
Augusta University celebrates faculty commitment to teaching excellence
The Center for Instructional Innovation at Augusta University recognized 53 faculty members for their ongoing professional growth.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Black, Latinx, Pacific Islanders and Indigenous Americans all have a COVID-19 death rate of at least double that of white Americans. Augusta University and AU Health are actively addressing these health care disparities and promoting COVID-19 vaccinations across Georgia and South Carolina.
