
Augusta University celebrates faculty commitment to teaching excellence
The Center for Instructional Innovation at Augusta University recognized 53 faculty members for their ongoing professional growth.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.

The center now sees about 100 students each academic semester, but the new location will facilitate access to even more learners.

“Augusta University and AU Health are proud to provide employment and economic growth, not only in the Augusta region, but also throughout Georgia,” said Augusta University President Brooks A. Keel, PhD.
