Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Alumni, family and friends of The Dental College of Georgia will gather on April 26 at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center to commemorate the college’s 50th anniversary.

The College of Education will host UNBROKEN, a showcase of works by local artists and teachers from several school districts at The Ice Plant in Waynesboro on Friday.

The Department of Anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University has been gifted a painting from Dr. Robert Crumrine.
