
Augusta University celebrates faculty commitment to teaching excellence
The Center for Instructional Innovation at Augusta University recognized 53 faculty members for their ongoing professional growth.
Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Dr. Margaret Wong Mola was admitted to MCG’s School of Medicine in 1943 — one of only five women admitted that year — and became MCG’s first Asian American student.
