Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.

Students who perform plan to showcase their talents through singing, dancing, playing musical instruments and performing spoken word, to name a few.

For over four decades, Faculty Club members have raised money for scholarships through fundraising events, donation campaigns and memorial gifts. Their efforts have paved the way for many outstanding students to be able to continue pursuing careers in health care.

“This event is a chance to come together and celebrate the start of the holiday season with other students, faculty and staff, including many from AU leadership,” said Ashley Kirkland, events coordinator at Augusta University.

The annual forecast, hosted by the James M. Hull College of Business, will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, in the Jaguar Student Activities Center on the Summerville Campus.
