Major expansion coming to AU animation program

Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Elisa Jenks, APRN, shares how her passion for language, culture, and service led her to a career in nursing. As the first Layman Family Scholarship recipient at Augusta University, Elisa found her purpose through the Clinical Nurse Leader program and her longtime involvement with the Costa Layman Health Fair. Now a certified nurse midwife, she continues to serve the Latino community with compassion and care.
