Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.

To date, there are only 447 law enforcement agencies across the nation that have signed the One Mind Campaign pledge, and the Augusta University Police Department is one of 31 agencies in Georgia to volunteer and fulfill the requirements.

While a sea of color was covered up by hoodies, coats, scarves and beanies, the cold weather couldn’t cover up the passion and the excitement during the Georgia Cancer Center’s inaugural “Unite in the Fight Against Cancer” walk.

Occupational Therapy students create sensory kits to help residents of the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home.

Faculty, students, staff and the community enjoyed ice skating, caroling, crafts, “snow” and more outside the Maxwell Theatre.
