Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.
The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.
“Scientists do not fully understand the long-term health effects of electronic cigarettes, yet science indicates that they are not a safe alternative to smoking,” said Dr. Zubair Karim, assistant professor at Augusta University.
Rachel Balducci said years of writing a newspaper column and writing for her blog helped her realize some of the universal struggles of women and the kinds of encouragement they seek.
Moore said her graduate education at Augusta University helped her become a better artist, observer and communicator — and helped her transition into children’s literature.
Vocal performance major Lily Brannigan recently placed third in the country in the musical theatre division at the National Association Teachers Singing in Chicago.
