Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Augusta University Online recently celebrated the enrollment of 166 students into three graduate-level programs: Master of Public Health, Master of Science in Information Security Management and Master of Education in Instruction.

The Graduate School at Augusta University will host a graduate school fair from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3. This event is open to AU students, as well as anyone who is interested in the graduate programs offered by Augusta University.

The baseball and softball programs will begin their seasons in early 2024 with new, state-of-the-art LED lights.

Stacey Thompson, the director of the Guard House Museum and a lecturer of museum studies at Augusta University, believes internships play a crucial role in opening doors for students seeking a career in museums.
