Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

United States servicemembers stationed at Fort Gordon and around the world will now have the opportunity to further their education at their own pace and from wherever they are located, thanks to an ongoing partnership between Augusta University and the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE).
The UR2 grant awards up to $1,500 for faculty working with undergraduate students of all backgrounds to support travel or research materials of full-time underrepresented faculty or faculty whose work focuses on diversity, equity and inclusion.
