Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

In another effort to extend vaccination to underserved populations, Augusta University will open a pop-up vaccination clinic in at the Robert Howard Community Center at Diamond Lakes Regional Park.

Since students are not able to travel the world right now, Dr. R. Brandon Cromer brought Tanzania and Kenya to the classroom for his students.

AU Health is joining the American Hospital Association in its celebration of hope and healing while acknowledging those who help support the community’s health during Augusta University Health System Week. The week will feature a theme each day to celebrate employees.

Three Augusta University artists participated in the beautification project: communications specialist “Fox” Si-Long Chen, who is also a Master of Public Administration (MPA) student, art instructor Cyndy Epps and student Ansleigh Davis.
