Alumni Weekend 2026 set for April 24-26

Alumni Weekend brings Augusta University’s alumni community together to relive old times and make new memories with classmates, family and friends. The marathon of events is back April 24-26 and registration is open.

Many of the university’s colleges and schools will host alumni banquets and each will present its Distinguished Alumni and Outstanding Young Alumni awards throughout the weekend.

A new event added this year is the Augusta College 1966-1971 Reunion.

Augusta College 1966-1971 Reunion

3-5 p.m. Saturday, April 25 at the Guard House Museum, Augusta University, Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way, Augusta

The Augusta College 1966-1971 Reunion celebrates the graduates of Augusta College from 1966 through 1971. Come out to reconnect with classmates, reminisce and make new memories.

Some favorite events returning this year include the President’s Brunch, Pamplin Pop-Ups, AU Jaguar baseball and softball games and the Alumni Weekend After Party. These events are free and open to everyone.

President’s Brunch

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at The Grove, Augusta University Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way

Rain location: Christenberry Fieldhouse, 3109 Wrightsboro Road

The President’s Brunch is a casual, family-friendly event with food and activities for alumni. Admission is free and includes plenty of food and activities for children.

Pamplin Pop-Ups

Noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25 on Augusta University’s Summerville Campus, 2500 Walton Way

This is a great opportunity to check out some of the unique spaces on campus. Stop by any of the participating locations to learn more about the university’s history, see art, and learn how we are providing hands-on experiences for our students.

Guard House Museum: Explore the history of the Summerville campus. Located behind Galloway Hall. 

Mary S. Bryd Gallery of Art: Check out smart and relevant works of art by emerging, mid-career and established contemporary artists. Located on the ground floor of Washington Hall. 

Ceramics Lab: Explore the sculpture studio, woodshop, paint booth, glazing studio, and welding studio. Located off Patrol Drive behind Allgood Hall

AU Softball and Baseball Games

Noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 25 at Jaguar Field (softball) and Jaguars Field (baseball), 3109 Wrightsboro Road

Join fellow alumni to cheer on the Jags during the AU softball and baseball games. Softball starts at noon and baseball at 3 p.m.

Alumni Weekend After Party

9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Saturday, April 25 at the Augusta Marriott, Oglethorpe Ballroom, 2 Tenth St.

The Alumni Weekend After Party is a casual event featuring live music and dancing for all alumni and their guests. Admission is free, and The Tony Howard Show will play music from various genres, including dance, country, hip-hop, blues and oldies.
