Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

“This program is a prime example of turning those strengths into opportunities, giving students the chance to bring classroom learning into the real world through paid, meaningful internships right here on campus,” says Russell T. Keen.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.
The book is designed for current instructors of public administration, political science and social science.
“Our collaboration with Wellstar Health System has opened doors to more training sites for both students and residents,” says AU President Russell T. Keen.
“Our job is to make sure that you have the resources and the information available to you to make that informed decision,” says Bianca Marsh.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate and can be purchased online. All proceeds go toward undergraduate student scholarships.
