Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The Jaguars will host the PBC/Gulf South Crossover Friday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 16 at Christenberry Fieldhouse.
IGIVE begins Wednesday, Sept. 20, and extends through Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Coach Steven Paine was named the conference’s coach of the year while Stefan Jacobs was tabbed freshman of the year. The success came despite the growing pains of a new coach coming in and trying to establish his program.
