Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Lt. Col. Jeffrey Keenan was present during last year’s United States Army’s National Commissioning Ceremony before he officially started his position as professor of military science at Augusta University. Now, he said he feels truly fortunate to have shared the past year with his commissioning cadets.
Dr. Nancy Havas, a family medicine physician with more than a decade of leadership experience in medical education, has been named associate dean for learner affairs at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
