Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

“It helped me to really experience what it feels like to be a dental student. Now, I am treating my own patients in the junior clinic,” says Aliyah Hill.

In conjunction with AHEC, the Georgia Cancer Center hosted the Health Sciences Summer Academy, a five-day residential summer program for high school students and rising college freshmen from across the state of Georgia.
