Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

More than 90 percent of these children are cared for at Children’s Oncology Group Hospitals, an international cooperative group made up of hospitals that exists to advance the care of children with cancer. The Children’s Hospital of Georgia is one of these hospitals.
