Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

Two holiday ornaments are being sold this year to benefit alumni associations – an Augusta University ornament featuring the beautiful arched gateway of the Summerville Campus and an ornament depicting the Old Medical College building and its iconic columns in downtown Augusta.
“We’re bringing in wonderful people who love public health from various units, but now, we need to come together and say, ‘We are the School of Public Health,’ and really dive in to create a shared identity,” said Teresa Waters, PhD, dean of AU’s proposed School of Public Health.
Jasmyn Smith will graduate from Hull College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with her eyes set on dental school.
