Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The Augusta University ROTC had their Spring Commissioning Ceremony Thursday, May 10, welcoming their newest US Army Military Officers.

Dr. Virendra Mahesh, professor and chair emeritus of the former Department of Endocrinology at the Medical College of Georgia, was recently awarded the President’s Award.

Those who attend the game will be able to learn more about the symptoms of stroke by engaging in interactive stroke related activities.

Twenty-two area students will showcase their vocal and instrumental talents Sunday in Augusta University’s Music Conservatory spring recital.
