
AU students reflect on memorable day with state lawmakers

Augusta University plans to expand its animation program to include an additional 21 faculty members in the Department of Art and Design, which will make it possible to attract about 400 more animation students in the coming years.

The new 150,000-square-foot research building will help continue propelling Augusta University toward its aspirational imperative of becoming an R1 research university.

The annual event was held Sept. 7 on the Summerville Campus.

The week leading up to Homecoming weekend at Augusta University was packed full of events for alumni, community members, students, faculty and staff to enjoy together.
“Ultimately, Homecoming was a journey of self-improvement that helped me grow,” says Suhayb Nijim.
