University System of Georgia ‘Campus Carry’ Guidance

Today, the Chancellor provided guidance to the University System of Georgia community on implementation of House Bill 280, commonly known as the “campus carry” legislation. We realize that even with this guidance, there will be operational questions about compliance with this legislation at Augusta University. Every campus is unique, and our enterprise is certainly no exception. We are working diligently with officials at the system office to answer those operational questions. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
