The following email message was sent out recently to health system employees and several shared services teams from Lee Ann Liska and Drs. Julian Nussbaum and David Hess, announcing the upcoming employee and provider engagement surveys:
Our next employee and provider engagement surveys will be conducted on our behalf by Press Ganey. The Employee Engagement Survey will run from April 15-May 6, 2019, while the Provider Engagement Survey will run from April 29-May 20, 2019.
There will be two survey links distributed via email by Press Ganey for input:
- Employee Engagement Survey link: April 15.
- Provider Engagement Survey link: April 29.
Since the surveys are administered by Press Ganey, all responses are anonymous. There is no way to identify who shared what feedback, so please be candid with your ideas and suggestions.
Because of your valuable feedback in prior surveys, we have been able to implement several recommendations, including:
- Blue Coat Ambassadors
- Additional shuttles with extended hours
- Guest badging for evening visitors
- Increased patient parking in decks
- Security enhancements
Please, take the survey seriously, as our entire leadership team certainly does.
Again, look for the Employee Engagement Survey link in your email inbox on April 15 and the Provider Engagement Survey link on April 29.
