State of the University Address to reveal strategic plan

President Brooks A. Keel will give his first State of the University Address from noon – 1 p.m. on Oct. 20 at the Maxwell Theatre on the Summerville Campus. The Augusta University community is encouraged to attend.

At the address, Keel will talk about past successes and accomplishments while offering a first look at the university’s new strategic plan, Beyond Boundaries.

Complimentary boxed lunches will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A shuttle bus will be available for round trip transport between the Health Sciences Campus and the Summerville Campus. The route begins at 10 a.m. and will run in 30-minute rotations until 2 p.m.

Shuttle stops:

  • Professional Building 1 (15th and Laney Walker Blvd)
  • Annex I (15th and Walton Way)
  • Main Entrance Circle (Summerville Campus)

(Employees on the Health Sciences Campus may also take the Teal route)

In addition, the event will be also be live streamed for personal viewing as well as streamed to BC-1040 on the Health Sciences Campus.
