Silver 2 shuttle service suspended

The JagExpress Silver 2 shuttle that runs east to west along the main Laney-Walker corridor has been suspended for the next several weeks beginning Monday, April 6.

The transition to online instruction for students and remote working options for many employees during the COVID-19 crisis has greatly reduced the number of commuters on campus, and the shuttle is currently not needed.

In addition, parking Lots 69 and 70 on the west end of Laney-Walker Boulevard, as well as Lot 61 on the east end of Laney-Walker, will be closed for several weeks. Faculty, staff and students who routinely use these lots should seek parking in Lot 35 behind the Circle K, in the Student Center lot on Laney-Walker Boulevard or in Deck 8 near the Georgia Cancer Center.
