The JagExpress shuttles will increase capacity for the fall 2021 semester as campus returns to a full, in-person schedule. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to download the Passio GO app to track and request a bus.
As always, a new semester brings a few updates to ensure a quick and efficient system.
Blue Route
As the primary route between all four Augusta University campuses, this route can easily move you between Riverfront, Health Sciences, Summerville and Forest Hills campuses. A bus arrives at each stop every 7 to 9 minutes.
Those making a trip to the Georgia Cyber Center, University Village and Christenberry Fieldhouse will need to use Request & GO in the Passio app for service.
Blue Route shuttles run Monday through Friday starting at 7 a.m. Last campus pick-up will be at 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 p.m. on Fridays with the shuttle making a final drop-off at the residence halls.
Lot 55 PM Route
The route will extend the regular service to the Augusta University Medical Center with a stop at the Health Sciences Campus Student Center for students needing a ride to Lot 55.
Lot 55 PM hours are 1 p.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 4 p.m. to midnight on Sundays.
Gold Route
The Gold Route will make stops at Laney High School Stadium, Lot 71, Lot 72 and The Education Commons. The Dental College of Georgia stop has been temporarily suspended due to traffic concerns with new student move-in and continued construction on Goss Lane. The Gold Route stops will be re-evaluated once the construction is complete.
Gold Route hours are 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Residence Housing Move-In
There will be a dedicated shuttle for Housing Move-In from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 2-5. The route will include three stops: Health Sciences Campus Student Center, University Hall (Summerville) and Lot 55.
