Olympic marathoner to deliver Alumni Weekend keynote

Olympian and Augusta University alumnus Pardon Ndhlovu will deliver the keynote address during the university’s Alumni Weekend Farewell Brunch at 11:30 a.m. April 30 at the Legends Club. This event will honor the third class of Jag20 recipients, a group of twenty outstanding alumni leaders under the age of 40.
Ndhlovu escaped the cycle of poverty in his home country of Zimbabwe, used his running talent to get an education in the U.S. and eventually made it to the 2016 Rio Olympics. He finished 41 out of 155 participants in the men’s marathon.
During his journey, Ndhlovu earned his MBA from the Hull College of Business at Augusta and helped coach the Jaguar cross-country and track and field teams.
Admission for this event is $35 and $55 after April 14
