Human Resources celebrates recent graduates of leadership development program

The spring 2022 graduates of the Professionals Program, sponsored by Human Resources, include employees from across the Augusta University enterprise.

Human Resources recently graduated their second cohort from their Professionals Program this semester. This program, designed for aspiring leaders at Augusta University and AU Health, offers an environment for engaging and informative opportunities for learning.

The 16 members of this cohort included:

  • Crystal Corey, Manager, Internal Audit
  • Ashley Hall, Nurse Educator, Nursing Education
  • Jeff Hart, Lead AV Engineer, Information Technology
  • LaTisha Joiner, Coordinator for Student Organizations, Student Life and Engagement
  • Cynthia Long, Pre-access Service Representative, Patient Access Services
  • Stephanie Maciaszek, Provider Relations Specialist, Outreach
  • Janelle Mangrum, Program Manager 2, College of Nursing-Operational
  • Atavia Mitchell, Officer Coordinator, Study Abroad
  • Raoul Pacheco, Assistant Chair, Department of Art and Design
  • Eva Peeler, Charge Nurse, Ambulatory Pediatrics
  • LaTorya Ward, Registration Specialist, Registration Services
  • Teresa Young Pinheiro, Assistant Director, Academic Admissions

  • Managing Your Tasks and Time for Successful Project Management
  • Understanding Your Communication Style and Identifying Your Style Under Stress
  • Understanding the Business of Higher Education & Academic Medicine
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace
