Honors student Grant Blume was recently named the winner of a Southern Regional Honors Council Student Scholar Grant.
Blume is a senior Kinesiology major in the College of Education conducting undergraduate research with Dr. Maleah Holland. Their research focuses on the effects of acute and chronic ketosis on golf accuracy. The goal for his project is to find a link between ketones and improved learning so that those whose job requires accuracy or motor learning can improve their performance through ketone supplementation or the ketogenic diet.
