WJBF-TV: Nurses Week with Mother’s Day twist

In case you missed it, three AU Health nurses were featured in a WJBF News Channel 6 story about National Nurses Week that included an interesting familial twist for Mother’s Day.

Debra Marranci, an assistant nurse manager in surgery recovery at AU Medical Center, inspired her daughter Andrea Anderson and her daughter-in-law Kristina Anderson to be nurses too. Andrea was a nurse at Children’s Hospital of Georgia until just recently transferring to Interventional Radiology. Kristina is a nurse in surgical recovery at CHOG.
