Aiken City Councilmembers passed two initiatives to limit the areas where people can use e-cigarettes during a meeting Monday.

Dr. Martha Tingen, with Georgia Prevention Institute, talked with News Channel 6’s Samantha Williams about e-cigarettes the day after the council’s vote.
