‘In the Wild’: New year, new royals and more

In the Wild podcast is off to a royal start in 2024!

Cameron Sapp and Eboni Watts, our reigning Mr. and Miss Augusta University, grant listeners an exclusive glimpse into the ambitions and initiatives they have in store for Augusta University. From community engagement to innovative campus events, the royal duo share their vision for making a lasting impact throughout the academic year.

But the surprises don’t end there. Sabiyah Broderick, a former Jaguar women’s track and field student-athlete and contestant from Season 45 of Survivor, joins the conversation. Broderick shares behind-the-scenes tales from her Survivor experience. From tribal council strategies to surviving the challenges of the wilderness, Broderick recounts her Survivor journey.

“We’re thrilled to have Cameron, Eboni and Sabiyah join us for this extraordinary episode,” said Raysean Ricks, the host of the university’s podcast. “Cameron and Eboni are doing a great job representing the university. It was also fun catching up with Sabiyah. This episode is a celebration of our students’ achievements and their ability to shine in various arenas, from campus royalty to reality TV.”
