Watch: 73 questions with MCG’s chief of urology

Dr. Martha Terris, Witherington Distinguished Chair in Urology and professor of surgery at the Medical College of Georgia and chief of urology at Augusta University Health, gets candid about her job as a urologist in 73 questions.

Terris said urologists are known for their kindness and gentleness, and adds that people choose this specialty “because it’s fun.”

Terris encourages aspiring urologists to focus on the building blocks of medical school, because that knowledge will lead them to an exciting career in urology.

This video series, created by Medical College of Georgia student Andy Nguyen, highlights medical specialties to give a different perspective on the life of a full-time attending or resident physician.
