University to issue total compensation statement

We are pleased to announce the rollout of a Total Compensation Statement for all employees who were employed during calendar year 2015 and are currently active Augusta University employees. The statement will include salary earned in calendar year 2015, along with contributions Augusta University made on your behalf to various employer-provided benefit plans. While salary is typically well-known, sometimes other benefits may be far less visible to or known by our employees. The Total Compensation Statement details the value of your total compensation and benefits package and displays our commitment and investment in each of you.

Launch Date

Total Compensation Statements will be mailed in February to each employee’s current home mailing address on file in the Human Resources Division.

What is Total Compensation?

Total compensation includes your salary and benefits, including retirement.

How to Read Your Statement

The comprehensive statement will include your name and job title, as well as a listing of your compensation and benefits that had an employer contribution for 2015. Human Resources encourages you to review the information carefully and discuss it with your family. This information will allow them to understand the benefits provided to them as members of your family.
