Universities partner to research dinosaur egg

WHAT: The University of South Carolina Aiken and Augusta University will conduct a press conference in USC Aiken’s Ruth Patrick Science Education Center. The two institutions teamed up to examine a raptor egg being donated to USC Aiken. 

WHEN: 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, at 427 Scholar Loop, Aiken, S.C.

ABOUT: Representatives from both universities, the donor and students will be available to discuss the unique gift to USC Aiken and the related research conducted by radiologists and physicists at Augusta University. 

DOWNLOADS: High-resolution photos and b-roll will be made available at the press conference along with interviews about the joint project.
