The Patient- and Family-Centered Care Conference in pictures

At the 12th annual Patient- and Family-Centered Care Conference, nationally recognized PFCC experts spoke about effective communication and treatment of patients and their families while in a health care facility.

Speakers included Regina Holliday, who shared her husband’s health care story, and Dr. Jim Merlino, leading colorectal surgeon at Cleveland Clinic and Chief Transformation Officer for Press Ganey, who talked about strategies to transform the patient experience.
