Sharing Miracle Treat Day moments

Miracle Treat Day is an annual Dairy Queen fundraiser that supports Children’s Hospital of Georgia, the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. For every DQ Blizzard sold, $1 goes to CMN Hospitals, and all local proceeds stay local. Instead of having to leave campus to go to one of the 10 participating CSRA DQ stores, employees had a chance to contribute to the fundraiser and buy these frozen treats at pop-up locations at AU Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital. This year’s funds will help purchase a new neonatal transport isolette like the one seen in some of these photos. A team of neonatal experts uses the isolette to transfer really sick newborns to our Level IV – highest level – NICU.
