Save the date for annual barbecue fundraiser Oct. 7

The 19th annual Augusta U Brew-N-Que, hosted by Augusta University’s Summerville Alumni Society, is scheduled for 5:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7 at the D. Douglas Barnard, Jr. Amphitheatre on the Summerville Campus.

The event kicks off Parent and Family Weekend and all proceeds benefit undergraduate student scholarships. Sconyers Bar-B-Que will provide dinner while Bodega Cat is set to come back for live entertainment. The BBQ is fun for all ages with a kids’ zone and fireworks show at dusk to bring Jaguar Nation and the community together for a night of camaraderie and support for our students.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate, and can be purchased online. Special thanks to signature sponsor, Health Center Credit Union.
