trick-or-treat16EVENT: Patients at Children’s Hospital of Georgia will go trick-or-treating inside the hospital to celebrate Halloween. Since our pediatric patients are unable to be at home to trick-or-treat in their own neighborhoods, hospital staff will provide a door-to-door experience as the costumed kids visit several departments in the children’s and adult hospitals.

WHEN & WHERE: Please meet Denise Parrish in the CHOG Lobby by 9:50 a.m. Monday if you plan to cover this event. The parade of costumed kids will move fairly quickly through the floors of the hospital, so please be on time as the walk will start promptly at 10 a.m. Parking is available in the CHOG circle and adjacent parking decks.

OPPORTUNITIES: Video and photo opportunities during activities are available with designated patients and families. Call Denise Parrish at 706-831-3148 or email her at mparrish@augusta.edu by 8:30 a.m. Monday.
