Medical College of Georgia professor will speak on SiriusXM Doctor Radio

Augusta University’s Dr. Satish S.C. Rao will be interviewed on SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio at 8 a.m. Monday, March 22.

Rao is the J. Harold Harrison, MD, Distinguished University Chair in Gastroenterology and director of neurogastroenterology/ motility and the Digestive Health Clinical Research Center at the Medical College of Georgia.

Rao will be interviewed by Dr. Ira Breite, internist and gastroenterologist at NYU School of Medicine and host of Doctor Radio’s Internal Medicine show on SiriusXM channel 110.

The episode will discuss understanding constipation and its causes, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and tracking symptoms. Rao will discuss his work on a constipation tracking app and related research.
