Julie Moretz, chief experience officer and assistant vice president of Patient and Family-Centered Care for Augusta University Health, was recently recognized in Managed Healthcare Executive for her work bringing patients and families into all aspects of the business.

In reality, we need to partner and engage with patients to provide them an exceptional experience that goes beyond meeting basic expectations.”
