Lee named director of Center of Obesity and Metabolism

Dr. Sean Lee has accepted the position as director of the Center of Obesity and Metabolism, where he will direct the clinical and research obesity and metabolic efforts within the Digestive Health Center as well as expanding clinical efforts in Aiken.

Originally from the Northwest, Lee graduated cum laude from Cornell University and attended Yale University School of Medicine, where he was awarded a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellowship for his research in bone marrow derived epithelial cells in solid tumors.
