Georgia Cancer Center researcher talks about finding new way to kill cancer cells

Dr. Yan Cui, a cancer immunologist at the Georgia Cancer Center, says her research shows a way to use a specific protein in the body to help trigger the immune system to destroy small tumors and even nearby cancers.

Dr. Cui talked with Tom Corwin, from The Augusta Chronicle, about the results of testing she’s been doing and the promises of a new therapy for cancer patients.
