Director of Testing and Disability Services earns new certification

Angela Baker, Director of Testing and Disability Services, completed certification by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals as a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competency.

This certification recognizes competency in disabilities, accessibility and universal design, and accessibility-related standards, laws and management strategies. The certification required completion of an examination and includes in professional, organizational and community development

Angie has been employed by the University for 18 years. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to ensure student success for students with disabilities. She recognizes that not all disabilities are visible. She is a strong advocate for students and encourages students to advocate for themselves.
